Cassidy blew a breath out through his lips at the question, and followed it with a soft whine. He'd rather set himself up for that, but he was enjoying being stretched out like this while his heart pushed the heroin through his veins. He didn't want to move...
...except that after Matt walked away with that smirk, he found that he actually did. Cassidy rolled halfway onto his side to watch him. Following Matt onto the porch sounded appealingly dirty. It was a lure Cassidy was happy to be drawn in by, rather than keep on pouting about wanting to stay immobile.
He rolled his way into an upright position rather than just up and standing, and took his time crossing the space. As he went, he spun out an observation:
"Y'know, we're a long way from the same, you and I — but we have got a decent deal of things in common. For example: flattery'll get ya just about anywhere."
