Injuring this character: Yes - Please note that woulds made by a normal person or weapon heal within a night. Supernatural wounds take significantly longer.
Killing this character: No. But if there's a good idea, I will consider it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: No. Being dead, I take the Angel/Buffy approach, where they're empty.
Anything else: Mind Matthew's temper, it can and will lead to aggressive action if he's rubbed the wrong way.

Note: Matthew will eventually at some point encourage some form of drug use so he can feed off drugged blood, as is his Flaw.

Warnings: Matthew is a vampire who's addicted to drugs with a sometimes violent and murderous temper. There's a lot of warnings. Fire, blood, violence, language, suggestions of 'cannibalism' if you get that far into it with him (he ate his sire's heart)

I am personally fine with Matthew using abilities or attempting to bite, feed from, or injure my characters, but here are some notes for each and maybe ping me with a heads up to discuss if you want to try it with any of them.

For Kira - 3ofswords

-biting: Ask him and see how it goes, depending on CR/circumstances.
-feeding: See above.
-influence: Kira will not react favorably to this if he realizes what is going on, but he would be susceptible to it and I am fine with it happening.

For Sae - kilduis

-biting: He might be kind of into it, again, see how CR/circumstances sway things.
-feeding: Establish the right CR or use that influence effect and this could happen.
-influence: Sae will be vulnerable to this by his own trusting nature, and possibly kind of into it in the right circumstances. At the very least, he's kind of used to shit like this from his upbringing.

For Asra - dhakira

-biting: Ask first or establish the CR and you're fine.
-feeding: Same as above. He'd probably be amenable, he's not squeamish about blood or weird rituals in the slightest.
-influence: This may not work on him, he retains protective magic that guards him from the notice and influence of other magical beings. If he notices it happening he'll mostly be disappointed that Matthew doesn't play the long game.

Influence: Yes! He has a vampire ex in his past who used preternatural influence to assault/control him, so while Matt-as-character wouldn't like it, I-as-player am totally fine with this.
